I’ve not had time to pole but I’ve do a little roller skating and yesterday my husband and I put a new exhaust on my motorcycle so that was a workout!

Outdoor pole sessions today and yesterday- such fun being able to fully extend legs and not have to worry about the ceiling! I felt like I could spin for longer, my endurance was better… Lots of fun!
But as I didn’t want to embarass myself in front of the neighbours, I wasn’t able to practise new tricks XD -
I FINALLY took down my studio set up and had a proper workout and small bit of pole today.

We’ve had warm weather- yay for going swimming, disappointing pole week though getting too sweaty for freestyles. I’ve been working on freestlyes mostly, so it’s annoying to stop a video after barely a minute!
Also been practising superman exits, brass monkey (I can get into it but the entry is so sloppy) and maintaining spin on several inverted moves in a row.
