  Okay this is the issue I have with my adjuster cover, the three top black screws are undone but it still won’t turn…do those little silver screws need undoing? On the video she unscrewed the cover clockwise and it dropped to the floor…? Confused.com… 🙁

  My ceiling is 7’5″, xpole suggested the 750mm extension in place of b pole.
