  X-Pole wont spin fully

  I have my X pole set up in my bedroom. It spins but there is a lot of tension so it does’t spin as much as I want. Its on carpet. Does anyone know how to adjust this?

  You have to throw your weight into different surfaces doesnt matter and make sure you put it together correctly

  When you put it together did you (putting the pieces together) put the screws in to tight or snug? If there not snug it will cause it to not spin very good. I did read that some Poles won’t spin very fast..are you giving it enough momentum when in spin mode.

  Hi Mystical,

  Please give us a call or send an email to info@xpoleus.com so we can help you directly.
  Since you are on carpet your location could be a contributing factor on the spin.
  If your pole is over tightened to the ceiling it will cause too much pressure on the bearings which will cause problems on spin mode.
  You may also need to put more momentum into your spin.
  You can try lubricating the bearings as well.
  Since you are on carpet – and carpet compresses with pressure- it may be that the amount of pressure you have combined with the unevenness/squishyness of the carpet may contribute to a slower spin. Please call or email us with any questions.
