  X pole adjuster problem

  I am moving house at the weekend and have just tried to takle my x pole down, the nut that sits at the bottom of the adjuster screw is o tight and will not budge so I cannot take pole down, I may have to saw pole in two to get it down!! Any advice please?

  Slightly TIGHTEN your adjuster rod…this actually LOOSENS the nut – then you should be able to easily move the nut up out of the way.

  Thanks guys my boyfriend actualy loosened it by whacking the spanner with a hammer, phew!!!!

  For future reference, if you put it on spinning mode and spin it opposite the way you dance, (I dance right handed, I spun it to the left..) it loosened mine. I don’t know how or why, but it worked.
