    Good Morning

I know this question has been asked here a few times but I can’t find them. I am about ready to toss my pole out the window..lol. First of all, how often do you all take your pole completely down and take it apart and then reassemble it? I have had mine since Feb of this year and I have only moved it from room to room..never taken it apart. I don’t use it heavily like most because i work a lot etc. Yesterday, I noticed it was shifting after I tried to do a move and I grabbed it and once the momentum hit, the whole thing shifted and I almost threw myself into the wall! So once again, i tried to loosen it and retighten it and retighten the three screws. I also retightened the static/spin screws. Made it a lil better but I can still feel a slight shift. I notice the top part, i think its the A bar (sorry-cant remember all these part names) I can grab it and it feels like it shifts a lil. Another thing ive noticed is If i just grab the entire pole and pull it back and forth, it makes a noise like it may not be completely tight. But If i tighten it, i can tell by my ceiling that its too tight and also I will see the screw showing that’s under the adjuster cover and I thought that meant its too tight. I am frustrated right now and even more frustrated because I have a friend who bought another brand pole off amazon for half the price and has had it over a year and uses it heavily and has never had these issues. I am so frustrated right now…lol.

Call x pole and ask them. I had a problem with my not staying in static mode. They were very nice and helped me. The solution was simple for my problem.

    Hi!
I did last night and they were wonderful. They are sending me another adjuster piece.

Oooh – glad this looks like it’s been resolved! My pole shifts on static too. It shifts enough that I just haven’t been using static mode. I’ll try to get a hold of X-Pole too, see if they can help a pole that’s apparently from circa 2008.
