    Yes, love the tutu pics also!!! I use my phone to record and then pull pics out all the time too! 📹📷

    Days 4-6! I hate my hip flexors…need to work on those.

    Bow pose looks like it was challenging for most of us! Veena, yours is so beautiful, you make it look easy.

    I dislike my tight hip flexors too dustbunny!

    I also dont like most hip flexor stretches to loosen them up. Its like they all involve stupid lunges!!! Pigeon pose feels so nice though.

    There’s some irony in hip flexors being the least flexy…..there should be a challenge just for hip flexors :/ they are the least fun to stretch…

    I agree! Stupid hip flexors! I like poses I can like sink into with my stretch. Lunges involve balance and making sure your knee isn’t over your toe… I just don’t love them. I’m open to hearing any other hip flexor stretches!!!

    Oh and because it’s not just my hip flexors… Here is my tight everything else for Day 7
