Well I am mega late to the game, here is my first week! its funny I thought my bow was much higher [damn shoulders ! Definitely my worst flexy area..] but I was really pleasantly surprised by the backbend! =]

Haha. Thanks!!! I’m not very flexy… But watching @beachyogagirl’s tutorial and explanation has helped (she demonstrates more beginner poses than @kinoyoga). For that one I got my knee over my shoulder and just rested like that a bit until I got comfy enough to grab the leg.. Then pull and smile!

Day 8 is about the only one that was easy! Not because I have flexy hamstrings but I turn out the leg, removing a lot of hamstring stretch! 😊
