Haha, I was just happy to get it over with!
So if I was going to do it again… I’d use a yoga mat. Mine is in the car in the driveway and its cold and rainy outside… so I got lazy. I think if I had more traction I could push through the feet more and push more towards the shoulders. But pushing the feet just made me slip :/ Maybe sneakers would have been good too… Oh well, I don’t feel like doing it again anytime too soon

I think, I can do this one…but I know I’ll have to be very warm. I’ve never tried this pose, so I’m a bit apprehensive! 😬

I’m still here! Here’s 7-11.
Day 8 was so hard! I could actually reach my foot but my shoulders would turn down so I used the strap to keep my shoulders open and facing up.
I tried to give myself some longer legs for Days 10 and 11 but I still could not reach my heel with both hands. Oh well, the shoes look great anyway. 😉

Thanks Allyson. This is definitely a challenge for sure, and this is the longest I’ve ever gone in a challenge! I usually give up by Day 5. So this is good for me. Thinking of starting Veena’s take off & Ab challenge!
