Yoga on Off-Pole Days?
I did a search on SV for an answer to this, and couldn’t find it. Is yoga okay to perform on my cardio-only days? In other words, my off-pole days.
Since yoga is a strengthening exercise, but can be gentle, I’m unsure.
I’m also trying to figure out what best works for me with my schedule. I tend to have only 2 1/2 hours per morning if I get up at 5, to work out, so I’m trying to stagger what I can into those blocks of time. I also can do exercises while hubby and I watch tv at night, but I don’t know that I want to take a full-on hot shower in order to do stretches during that time.Okay, so I guess I mixed in a few questions ha!
To sum up: 1. Can I do yoga on my off-pole days? 2. Any ideas on how to get started stretching (I don’t have a foam roller yet) and how often? 3. How long (estimate) can I pole without over-doing it?
I know everybody is different! Any and all input is super appreciated!
