We will be there for a week for EDC (June 19th through 25th). What’s the best studio for strength and conditioning? I have no interest in floor work

    🙂

    Thank you!

I liked Fawnias pole fitness studio when I took a class there in Jan. but Shine Alternative opened recently & they have some great class offerings there too!

I just went recently. I really liked the classes offered at Shine. Well priced and excellent instructors.

Also, barefoot sanctuary yoga studio has an excellent handstands class taught by a former cirque performer. It isn't really pole but is GREAT conditioning and a fun skill and only $15 for a 1.5 hour class. Totally worth it!

Anybody taken any aerial classes at Shine?  If so, thoughts?
