I bought the floorwork one when it first came out and quickly realized I needed to get both.
The sexy fundamentals dvd came today and I am thrilled at the content. The undulation and how to walk in heels are worth the price alone. Very happy with both!
Just so happy I have both squeeee! d.m.

Me too, I was going to get just the Floorwork but decided on both and I'm glad I did they're really nicely shot and she's so super sexy 😉

I have all four- the two stretching and the two floorwork! For someone like myself who has always had a hard time in heels- her ankle exercises and tips helped me so much!!! Her stretching dvds got me into my side splits in 3months when i never did a split in my life.. I also incorporated veenas stretching routines too- which made it a great balance 🙂

I have the floorwork & fundamentals. I like both alot. Simple and to the point with some very helpful arm and leg isolation exercises (which I am REALLY crappy at, so I really appreciate that she has those on the dvd).
I am starting to work on my splits (slow process), so I plan on getting her stretching dvds to add to my collection soon.

I have the fundamentals and floorwork. I watched awhile back and have finally gave it a try last night. am I the only one who cannot do the leg isolation exercises? All of them just dont look right to me when I do it…besides the pendulum thats the only one. Is it normal for my legs and ankles to be “challenged” and will I ever get it? has anyone else struggled?

I have those dvds as well and yes i can relate!! Seems like my legs are to short for the Range of motion. But i know that’s not true!! I use to think it had to do with lack of flexibility… I haven’t done the dvds in almost a year, i think I’ll try again and see if my legs will work with me. Good luck, I’m sure with time you’ll get it!

I love her dvd’s too. I have also been to her studio in Nashville a couple of times. She is really nice. 🙂

I love all her videos too her splits video helped me to have straighter legs when on the pole. I just wish I could do it the recommended 5 times a week

I have the splits and stretching dvds as well, love her sig warm-up!! However i think for me 5 x a week actually is a bit much, my body requires more time in between for rest, atleast it seems so. Being dedicated to stretching had not been my strong point, working on that: these dvds are great , and of course AA is an absolute goddess!
