back pain
Woop. Well I have hurt my back slightly when I was stretching yesterday, I think I just overstretched which was stupid of me. I was doing a split with my right leg forward and then later on in the evening my lower back started to hurt. My question, fitness buffs, is this : Should I stretch today?? And should I pole/exercise? I obviously don’t wanna make it worse but its not really bad or anything, just mildly annoying, a little ache like how your arms feel the day after a good pole workout, but I’ve never experienced this in my lower back before which leads me to believe it was the stretching.
