I posted on here that my biceps didn’t match, which started a nice discussion about how to equalize the sides. I tried to delete a comment I made, so I could edit it and re-post it and yea, I deleted the whole post. lol. Well anyway, thanks Veena and PolarGirl for letting me know the problem can be corrected. I find it funny still. I will be sure to work movements on my left side, before going to my right, as a way to get the left side working more. Thanks!

Make Gemini climb as your regular routine.
I noticed this problem too and started to work both sides. But certain moves I cannot do on my left and can’t figure why. For example, when I do carousel spin can do only on a right and my left has limited mobility when it comes to turn. Even in yoga (I do Bikhram yoga for a long time) in this particular pose called Trikanasana I experience tightness between my neck and a left shoulder. Even my chiro and and kenesiologist could not give me the answer… but they all agreed that muscles are very tight particularly in that area. And ballerina only on a right. Left side doesn’t work. But Im still hoping to achieve more mobility there and trying it every session

Thank you! I will add it to my warm up. I definitely need to make sure to work that left side. It’s nice to know others have tightness issues in that area.

I wanna ask you all how do I strengthen my wrist more? I try pushing away more from the pole but not very long tho. My opposite side is getting better than my dominant side.

Ambience if you have lessons pls go to conditioning and see all wrist and forearm exercises. I find those helped me the most and then yoga Crow pose and Locust if you can… but every attempt counts towards your training. Also handstands. You can start with reversed ones (from sleeping beauty or scorpio) of the pole just to feel all your wait on your wrists while hanging and releasing slowly still hooking one leg on a pole and slowly descend. Keep your hands straight and locked in the elbows and spread the fingers of your palms as if your are trying to grab and push into a floor. Also try to do these towards the wall jumping on to your hands. Every attempt counts.
