what days do you prefer to take your classes?
what day is your studio the busiest
for me it used to be thursdays but I want to know about you too

I go to class on Wed. It works best for me because I don’t work on Wed and the studio isn’t close and there is a ton of traffic… So I need to make sure I leave early, which I can’t always do from work (and from work it is further than my house).
My instructor says Tuesdays are her busiest day. I am not sure why.

Can’t speak for a studio since I’ve not been in one for years, but I’ll chime in that the busiest day at the gym is Mondays, and it has a logical explanation of course. Everyone panic about the weekend’s sins and need to get rid of them. By Thursday it’s a lot emptier. Then they’re obviously making plans for the upcoming weekend’s sins :). I’m only there twice a week nowadays, and not really at the most busy hours, but this is what I’ve observed over the years.

Mondays and Tuesdays are the busiest at my studio!
