can anyone recommend a good camera?
Hey Everyone https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif My kodak easyshare software stopped working, and so far their tech support people haven't been able to help https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_evil.gif I'm not able to view or edit my videos, and since I followed their instructions on how to fix it, I'm unable to transfer videos from my camera. One video I made the other day (but then could not open to view or save elsewhere) got lost. Oh well. ANYWAY https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_geek.gif If I have to get a new camera & software, I was wondering what you all have and recommend. do you have SD card slot on your computer? take the card out of the camera and put it in the computer. I had a Kodak Easy Share camera as well and used it for a short period of time when I couldnt find my actual camcorder. Last time I tried to edit with WMM, it didnt reconize the format and when I reformatted the video it looked like crap. There are a few edit programs you can get the trial for and use that.

Hi minicoopergirl! thanks for the advice. I am still working with kodak software support. It's been 3 days now. God, it is so frustrating!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_evil.gif I was able to transfer some pics & a video, but still when I try to open the video, the software stops working and shuts down. That's why I was thinking maybe I should just get a whole new system!! I also have tried WMM but couldn't even figure it out (I'm not that bad with computers, either).
