    hey everyone i was wondering how effective you all think climbing stairs is to shape your butt? i have 2 sets of stairs in the house, but they are both spiral staircases so i don’t know if that would somehow cause an imbalance of muscle or knee problems compared to a staight staircase.. lately haven’t had much motivation for exersise, but find that i can walk up and down the stairs for awhile listening to my mp3 player so just wanted to know if i am just burning calories and toning legs or if this is an effective way to lift and round the butt. if not will stick to squats and lunges. thanks for your opinions.
