  cupid and side climb advice

  hi would love any tips or advice on the cupid and side climb as the pole keeps coming out of my knee pit when i try them. Getting very annoying lol thanks

  I find if I push my hips forward, it helps  keep the pole in the knee pit for the cupid. Like so many pole moves, the cupid is really a push pull grip with the top knee pulling and hte bottom leg pushing away, you need to have your weight leaning away from the pole to work. pushing the hips forward will help with that.
