thanks soooo much ollie!  I never thought someone would find a video of it =)

I get into it the same way, but now I can be really sure that it´s possible to do it from a dove! I also saw, that she kept her foot at the same place and also moved her hands.

This video really helped!! It looks so beautiful how she gets into it and when she is in the backsplit.

Can´t wait to try it again. But I might have to take a rest day for my back, I don´t wan´t to overstress it ^^

    thanks again ollie <3

Olli, thanks! First time I see that. I hadn't even heard about this girl before. She does get into it beautifully and smoothly!

emotioncatcher, you did fantastically well with your attempts! Your leg is almost straight in the floor variant. I tried it too, but mine isn't as good as yours:

I will have to try the one from the pole too sometime!

thanks lynette! I have to admit that I didn´t know that I could get my leg that high on the ground ^^

You need so much back flexibility for this move!

Yours looks very beautiful, too! let me know whether you could extend your leg as much as on the floor when you try it aerial!

    Thank you!

And this means that we've both excelled ourselves since I seriously doubted that I would get into it at all!

If I'll have any succes with the aerial variant I'll let you know:).
