There are a few threads on here regarding pole and pregnancy. Veena is probably the foremost expert on it and opinions have changed drastically between her boys and pregnancies.

I haven’t seen these pics of her pregnant and poling. Where did you see them?

@ Rixi, I just had a baby 5 months ago. I still inverted and did most of my tricks until 30 weeks pregnant. I was shouldermounting and everything. The only thing that I omitted was my jade b/c my belly was too low and it pushed into the pole early on and at 23 ish weeks I could no longer TG handspring. I also did not do fan kicks or ab work(side crunches on pole). Everything else felt great. I still even wore my 7 inch heels all throughhttps://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif
I would suggest to listen to your body. There were a couple of weeks that I felt so tired so I only made it to class 1 time or so, but I mostly poled 3x a week and I cut out the gym so it wouldn't be "too much".
Good luck on trying for another baby and poling:)
If you don't feel comfy doing tricks, you can always work on strength and just dancing on it. I found it tougher as I gained weight but so glad I kept up with it.

She's fine. Busy with organizing pole competitions in Russia. Here's a link to her page in one of social networks popular in Russia in case you'd like to contact her directly (registration is needed for sending messages but it's available in English):

her pics on facebook are incredible and give hope that i can practice when i'm pregnant! we plan on having a baby and i want practice so long as possible.
in my opinion you can practice if you feel comfortable and you must listen to your body. i read so much about pragnent women and sport and if you feel ok you can practice.
mybe you shouldn't learn dangerous tricks or playing handball or things like that.
i agree with organic angel 🙂
PS: sorry for my bad english. i guess it will be worse from day to day :-((
