  How did you pay for the pole?  You can file a dispute with your credit card company.

  Hi you paid through PayPal didn’t you? You can contact PayPal and they will open up a case for you and they will get your money back can’t believe they have done this they were reAly bad with contacting me and didn’t get back to me until I said I wanted a refund then they said they have dispatched it hope you get it sorted!! Xxx

  Maybe I’m not seeing it…..but what pole is it? I think it’s a good idea to share so other people are warned to stay away!!!!!

  It’s Elite dance pole. They have a website and are British. I am going to contact PayPal today and the credit card company too.
