exercise i did today
I did 15 lunges both legs, 20 hip and glutes , 20 superman on floor, 20 crunches, 20 switch, 10 bicycle crunches, 20 shoulder press with couch, 20 push ups, I tried doing pole work but was sliding so i will give a go later or tomorrow.
I will work on my elbow stand probably tomorrow or Wednesday, i want to work on it every other day. I dont want to over do it.
