    Hello everyone! i was just wondering if anyone has any good ab exercises? I know that poling will probably help tighten and firm, but im a mommy of 3 & never can seem to ever lose my pooch. Its not horrible, but its there lol

    Hi, Veena has really good core and ab exercises that have helped me (i.e. Hard Core Warm Up, etc.) Pole will definitely help this area! 🙂
