Thanks Sair….
I will work on floor moves and getting stronger over the next few weeks..
Yesterday I was ready to take the pole down.. today I am feeling a whole lot better thanks to you guys.. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif
I do wih I had a friend to pole with, . I dont have my family as I moved away from a gorgeous little Island where my family and friends are nearly 5 years ago. have a made a few friends here in the UK but were not close as my old mates… would love a poling buddie. when my sisters come up to where I live it is great to show them what I can do on the pole and of course they have to have a pin….they say I can do that. I do get a little buzz when they try but cant do it.. hee hee
It doesn't help too that I have not been to my pole class for 3 weeks because of my wrist and shoulder.. I am going tomorrow though even if I have to sit and watch!!
I must keep thinking of this as a journey.. Why would I want to rush to the end and do it all. the fun bit is learning, I watch the videos posted on here and get such inspiration from some of the girls, the determination to get a certain move overwhelms me.. they never give up..

I feel ya 🙁 I was feeling like that the past few days…kept getting upset/frustrated at myself because i wasnt progressing 'fast' enough. I keep having to remind myself that ive only been poling for less than a month lol.
I guess we need to just keep plodding along and learn little bits at a time instead of expecting huge things every day 🙂
