Alethea Austin’s pure splits DVD and verbals stretch routines helped me. I’m almost flat in front and middle splits after three months of stretching. My starting point was pretty bad! I stretch two or three times a week. Now I’m gonna start working on back flexibility, haven’t found what I’m looking for , for back stretching videos, etc.

Veena’s – not verbals. Haha! My phone kept wanting to change veena to Bernard!

Hi Vette. As Robin mentioned I have flexibility training lessons here too. There are individual lessons that break down proper body placement and technique for all of the body including back! There are also 3 twenty minute routines!!

I trained with Emil and went from zero flex to over-flex. He trains some pole celebs like Flying Laura too. You can contact him at emil1.com. He has online classes which are very reasonable. Hope it helps

Ly Kieu, how long did it take you training with Emil to get you into overflex?

About 3 months I think, but everybody is different. Some girls progress faster than me. But the thing is that you have to do it consistently 3-4 Times a week following his schedule system. The result is so worth it 🙂

I saw my toes above my head in a back bend position the other day lol… Good luck guys!

As everyone mentioned… Alethea, Veena, and EMIL! I USE THEM ALL. Each one has something different to offer and are all great tools.

Wow ! I didn’t know you could get online lessons with emil !!! It looks so great !
Just wondering about the schedule and the hour. On wich time zone is it based on ?

And, I would recommend Rockin’ Legs ‘n Abs. It worked well on my flexibility when I did the 30 day challenge !
