forearms stretching and caterpillar tips
I pole for 4 months now but lately i realize that my forearm specialy the right one is more sore. I wonder if any of you know some streching for it. I try to use the other hand more but since i start harder move i use it a lot. I wouldn’t want to end up with a tendinite or something.
And also i try to work on the caterpillar but i’m not strong enough yet so other then shoulder press (give me hard time) do you have any tips to help me. I can push myself up but it seem that the other arms (closer to my hips) let go too easily and i fall. And do you push yourself with your arms only or do you use your legs to pull you up, any exercise i could use on this one too?
