Front splits stretching resources
Increasing flexibility is possible for anyone, even if it’s small, and even little improvements can lead to a better quality of life! But there’s so much information out there, that choosing how to stretch or what to focus on can be overwhelming! Today I’m choosing the focus for you, and it’s front splits! Did you know Improving you’re front splits game can help improve Inverts, Hip hold/Pikes, and Superman to name a few?
If you’re using social media as a resource for training it can feel like everyone is an expert and often the information provided is contradictory. I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 23 years now, and even I feel overwhelmed, and frustrated, when trying to determine if what I’m being told falls under quality/proven information, or hype and buzz words, to get likes and views.
The reality is, you’ll get the best results when you have taken the time to learn about your body and understand what it needs. We are are very different, and there isn’t a “one size fits all” when it comes to stretching and our health and well being. So learning how to listen to your body, and then finding exercises and movements that resonate with you as an individual is a great start.
My style of teaching is to offer many different options so you can find a good fit. Also, what worked for you when you where 20 years old, may no longer work in your 40’s. It’s good to have options and below is a list of what I offer when it comes to front splits training.
