getting out of a hood ornament
The move I'm referring to is the one where your hips are in front of the pole with the inside leg hooked and the other one leg straight, and your hands are to the side in a baseball grip or straight out in front of you with an armpit grip with the inside arm (not the one where your shoulders and back are also in front of the pole from which you can shoulder mount – the easier move from the hood ornament would be to do a basic chopper/v invert).
So I have this routine where I do a monkey climb (right? v invert to gemini pull up to hood ornament to v invert to gemini to hood ornament) and I want to do another move after the hood ornament besides inverting again or doing a teddy or sliding down. Any ideas?
