hello everyone 🙂
I got my first pole a few days ago and I am very excited to learn my first moves.
Unfortunately there are no lessons teached in my area and so I have to do all by myself. I hope that I can learn a lot from Studio Veena.

where do you live? I can not see it in your profile! I would like to train with others in a course as well, do you have any sport experience? I started with normal fitness experience. Good luck!

I live now in Finland but I am from Luxembourg. (I speak german too) I don´t have much sport experience but I started to do fitness as well to get in a better shape.
