Hi. long long time since i've been on here. been so busy. hows everyone? Still can't do splits all the way but getting there. I've improved a lot on my strength makes me very happy. 🙂 Struggling with arm strength. Im getting more muscle but my elbows grind now???? lol and wrist workouts aren;t helping my wrists get stronger. any ideas?
Nice to be on agian. missed it lots. 🙂
