First things I would check are diet and thyroid.  If you eat a proper diet for your body and execrise level it is difficult to get too skinny.  If these are in check then I would have my thyroid function checked as an overactive thyroid can lead to being extremely thin.

If you do not have an issue with your size then I would not be too worried.

I had the same problem when I first started poling. I have a VERY fast metabolism and dropped weight fast when I started dancing. I found drinking muscle milk, taking vitamins, and eating small frequent meals helped me to not lose anymore weight. Eventually ny body got used to it, and now I look a lot bigger because of all the muscle I’ve gained.

Thank you I will look into stuff to drink and get sum multy vitamins. I’ve always been very slim so its not a good look being too thin. I noticed my boobs have gone a lot smaller witch sucks and the fat near my hips has gone so you can see them lines going down towards the crotch is that a bad thing :/. I eat about 2 hours b4 pole n wen I done in starving but with it beeing so late I dnt like to make out do end up eating junk xxx

I use to have this problem and saw a nutritionist to gain weight. She had me eat a penutbutter sandwich every night before bed. It worked. That was YEARS ago. I am trying to loose a few now. LOL! So, try that!!

I have to watch my weight too. When I don't exercise I tend to loose weight because I don't eat as much as when I do work out.https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif Here is what helped me gain.

I use to graze and eat little bits all day, that didn't work. I was always hungry and skinny! I started eating 3 main meals breakfast, lunch, dinner and I will have a snack in between each meal and one before bed. Going too long without eating makes me shaky, tired and crabby!

I force myself to finish my plate, I use to leave a lot behind, but now I do my best to make myself finish what I take. I know I'm weird, but I have a hard time overeating!!

I ALWAYS have a high calorie high protein shake after my workouts. About 500 calories give or take.

I stopped eating so many carbs. This was all I ate as a kid and young adult. I'm so much healthier now that I have a more balanced diet. I still LOVE my carbs but I make sure to pair them with protein or veggies too. Really I pretty much lived off of cake and bread as a kid!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif lol

Same here.  Although I didn't lose much with pole, I did put on some muscle.  However, I started a bootcamp style fitness workout program not too long ago, this workout includes A LOT of cardio along with all kinds of bootcamp workout.  I was doing okay, but now am participating in the workout body toning challenge and wanted to lose in my stomach area, even though I'm small, my mid section got out of shape and "mushy."  In the process of this, I cut out about everything that is junk food, sodas, sweets, late night eating, etc.  I ended up losing few pounds along with getting leaner, etc.

I got an eating plan from my trainer, with the help of a dietician, that is to help maintain weight, as well as build muscle.  It's hard because of my work schedule, etc., but am going to try.  They also told me not to go by the scale, because I have lost fat, what little my body had, and gotten leaner.  I feel GREAT, so not to worry.  But to eat what will maintain and add muscle as I workout.

The tips here of main meals and snacks in between, or 5-6 small meals during day are on the eating plan, as well as what to eat pre/post workout and non workout days.

I also used to feel horrible when people (even people I DON'T know) would "inform" me how skinny I am, sickly I look, etc.  I would get so depressed and my husband would have to work at getting me out of it.  I've always been thin, with a short time or two of gaining few pounds.  Now, I feel physically great, improved stamina, strength, and great workouts, so as long as I feel good about myself, it doesn't bother me what others think or say.

If your body is toning and you like it, don't listen to others.    It is scarey, though, cuz it's hard for us to keep weight on.  But I know why I'm more lean, I'm working out hard, but love the stamina and strength I've developed.  I hope the same for you. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif
