    Hi everyone,

I’m trying to put a routine together for my hubby and I am having trouble with transitions and floor work. i take the lessons and already know how to do all the moves but would love to experiment with more. Are there any videos on youtube that you guys love that might help me?

Lizbeth- I’m uploading a vid for you right now and I hope it helps and inspires you! I was challenged to make a vid with no show-off moves! No spins, inversions, trick or anything! The challenge was to just dance! I loved every minute of it! The ending is a bit sketchy, since I had never heard the song before, and I had no idea when the song was going to end! HA! I downloaded it at random as it was free! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif I hope your poling journey continues to challenge you and encourages you to grow as a free spirit!

Watch Amyxshi and any S Factor videos that you can find (Sheila Kelly). Also check out Yannori. One thing that S is really great for is floor work and oozing sexiness. You can typically find the book at the library.

I second the S Factor suggestion. That was how I originally got into pole dancing. Also, check out some of Alethea Austin’s videos–she does some really sexy floor moves in her vids, although be warned that she’s very bendy so some of the moves require a high level of flexibility.

thanks for the links and suggestions! I spent a good amount of time yesterday practicing some of the moves.
trixie – I still have to look at your video. Do I find it in your profile? I’m still not completely familiar with finding things here..

I loved your video! and only wish I was that flexible https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_idea.gif Thanks so much for sharing, I have to go practice now. My performance is tonight and I will freestyle so I need to refresh my memory a few times during the day so that I won’t totally go blank and not know what to do https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif
