hey from Tennessee!

hey! I’m from Tennessee…close to Nashville. I started taking classes in Nashville in Febuary and fell in love! I go to a different studio now and have had my Xpole since March =) I hope to compete next year in the amateur level in NY. I’ve never been a very athletic girl growing up, but pole is perfect for me! I love learning new tricks and spins…transitions don’t come naturally to me, so that is something I’m working on. Its so hard to find people from the same area…is anyone on here from the nashville area?

yea! i go there alot. I subscribed to veena’s youtube site, but i didn’t know she had a forum. I even ordered my Xpole through her. =) I like this one better only because there are a lot of people from the US on here. Most polers on vertical dance are from overseas. =) they are both helpful tho

wELCOME! I live about an hour from nashville!! I took classes for a bit but between my 2 yr year old and fulltime school it got t be to much! So now I just play on my own pole when I get a chance!!

Hey all! Welcome!!! I’m also from Tennessee. I live in Clarksville, about 45 min from Nashville. There are no studios here but there are a few girls who get together at the local gym to learn basic maneuvers. We have fun, I wish the community of pole enthusiasts was larger. For now it’s all good. Studio veena is plenty large for me.

Karol I am sooooooooooo interested in going to the workshop in February!!! Do you have more details? I’ve tried googling studioaerial w/ no luck of finding anything out!!!! I would love to meet you all!!!!!!! I’m going to karol’s workshops, I think they start at 10am…i think… but karol posted a thread in the ‘Event’ forum with more information. Studioaerial.com is the website i believe, but I don’t think it has much info on it. their emal is: mailto:studioaerial@mac.com if you want to get them to call you to book. I had to leave them a message and email them to get a call back. I’m so excited! =)
