  hello, I’m new so I thought I would just stick my oar in and say a quick hello! I am 28, an ex-dancer who has just bought my very first ‘own’ pole and was cruising youtube looking for a bit of refresher video help and stumbled accross some great vids which led me here! I am so excited to get myself back on the pole and fit again and I’m so pleased to have found this great site with all these amazing pole people on it, cant wait to see how well it all progresses now I’m back in the "swing" of things!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif
