    Can anyone give me an idication of how far apart the poles should be?….I have a small room and trying to decide on placement, Thanks!!!

    I suggest measuring how high you hit with shoes and arms totally extended upward and use that as your distance.  I think minimum 6 feet apart though is a good measure.  For me I need a good 8 foot of clearance.  Another way to measure is to hold onto your pole and bend down, extending your leg.  If you hit the other pole or any walls/furniture you are too close.  Add 6-7" if you ever plan on practicing in shoes.

    I agree.

    At least 7 feet circumferance.

    I am only saying this as until someone hits you with their shoe when your both spinning and then collide. The collision may not have been that painful except I just was cleared from my cast and that fracture was freshly healed but tender and this set me back another wk and going to work with 12 hr shifts …and for some of us have to work and not all of us are short either.
