    My whole body has transformed since i started pole dancing, but my thighs are still extra jiggly. I was doing lower body workouts three times a week but that meant that i was always too sore to any deep stretches properly. I am wondering if doing it less often will still work. My legs are in need of major toning. Any advice would be appreciated.
