im sad im having a hard time
I started out on a 50mm chrome xpole, and switched to a 45mm red lil mynx pole. I am revisiting my chrome pole but i am having issues with grip, and basically its like ive forgotten how to use it.
help me!!! -

I took my minx purple powder coat down to do a little ceiling repair 🙁 and am in the same boat. I put up the old 50 x-pole chrome and the grip sucks. I worked out yesterday and had to coat it with Pole Mama’s stick grip. Literally rubbing it on my pole. Just a basic gemini made me struggle. That pole is so big. I was thinking what is wrong with me that I can’t pole on a 50 anymore? So believe me it is not you.

Just keep practicing on it and your grip will come back. Good luck!
