    I've been trying to contact Fawnia in order to cancel the Pole Expo pass and some workshops since I can't go to Vegas next week. She refunded me with only the workshops but no pass. Then I emailed her again twice but no answer. I wonder if any of you guys know how to get a hold of her or how to cancel the Expo pass? Thanks everyone

    I’d like to know as well… I can’t go now and I have contacted her for a refund of workshops and pass… no reply yet.

    I had to cancel my trip as well to expo 🙁 most expos don’t do refunds though as I understand it. Also pole expo had a refund cut off date of Aug 5, so if she gave you a refund after that date consider yourself lucky. I got my workshops refunded as well but as I understand it, there are no refunds on the expo badges. Maybe she would have done it before the Aug 5 date but since that date has already past maybe that’s why she didn’t refund the badge $$$. I don’t know for sure if this is the case but that would be my speculation…

    I did hear back from Fawnia yesterday and she took care of me. She did explain that there are no refunds within 30 days of the event. Hopefully they will have this detail posted in their FAQ section of the website and on all receipts for next year's event.

    I agree. Hopefully next year Fawnia will improve the service. At least if she doesn’t post it on the website, she should reply to everyone’s emails and explain that the pass is non-refundable. This doesn’t look very professional to me 😀
