Ok I have done a really good stretch in the last hour however my legs feel like jello and shaky. What does it mean? Should I stop stretching for a while?

Ohh I know that feeling! To me, it means process. That I have used my body and made it more flexy.

I often get twitchy muscles after a good workout, eat some protein and drink lots of water! Help them recover!

Sometimes I get that feeling after a hard workout or stretching session. Some people say it’s not a good thing- that you overworked your muscles. But I think as long as they aren’t numb it’s okay. Be sure to stay hydrated. I like to eat an egg and piece of toast right after a workout (there is about an hour window after working out where your muscles are starved for protein and carbs.) A cool down coupled with eggs and toast are great for post-workout regimen. I found it helps with the shakiness 🙂
