Im lookin at purhasing some pole dancing dvds just to improve some floorwork and other moves, I still cannot do the splits so I need help on that too. Was wondering if anyone had purhased any of these dvds and which one in their opinion is better…thanks 🙂

your sort of comparing apples and oranges. Jamilla’s are mostly spins and tricks. Alethea’s are either focused on splits, stretching, or floorwork. I have Jamilla’s and Alethea’s and I love them both for different reasons.

Have you considered Veena’s Lessons? They contain a much wider variety of content than any DVD set does. From stretching to pole work to floor work and even some chair dance.

I second the apples to oranges comment. If I want flexibility and floor work I’d go with alethea. Veena has great routines for the splits too:-)

Last Christmas I got Althea Austin’s 3 set DVD pack. I know everyone learns differently , but for me it did not have enough instruction . I am not a visual learner, I need very specific detailed instructions (Veena’s lessons are good for this). Just my experience, although the friend I lent my dvd’s too loved them!

I agree w. Autumn. I’ve tried both. Jamilla>>Alethea as far as explanations go.
