I am not familiar with FM at all but I just wanted to say I'm so sorry you are dealing with this and I hope that it gets better.
As far as exercise have you thought about low impact mind/body classes like yoga? I know not everyone is a yoga person but I find it very relaxing, my head stops spinning and my body always feels really amazing afterwards.
You could also look into aerial yoga (actual aerial yoga done on a hammock close to the ground not circus arts) aerial yoga has been great for me because there's very little stress on the joints and I feel like I have more control over the poses then in a traditional class.

today ive started to do a cleanse for 5 days and will do yoga as soon as this pain goes away, streching is helping, But since im in an acute phase i need to go into it slowly. I took down my pole yesterday https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif since i will not be using it for the moment, i felt sad, but im really gonna try everything that is anti – fibromyalgia haha! I will beat this. i joind also a support group so i speak more freely about it since my husband just worries when he sees me down. and of course here!
