  What knee pads would be good for floor work? not to expensive. that will stay in place.

  I use pole dance knee pads from Mighty Grip. I got mine on Amazon. They’re a little bit expensive but worth it. https://www.amazon.com/Mighty-Grip-Knee-Climbing-Pads/dp/B00AD9W196

  I believe mine are medium. They run small.

  I’ve tried a few knee pads an I also like the mighty grip ones best. They do run small!
