    K, my download speed is 1.44 and my upload speed is 0.07.  Does that mean anything to anyone?  What shall I do?????

    @MommaBear – That only makes sense for peer to peer filesharing.  StudioVeena is not peer to peer, its a client/server relationship.  You upload a video, it goes to StudioVeena's server, when I go to watch your video I get it from StudioVeena and not you.  The original posting speed doesn't matter.

    I used to work tech support for a major PC company and my brother worked tech support for a major US ISP. It was in both companies scripts to suggest it was the other after a certain point (lazy tech support will jump straight to this step).  Your ISP isn't going to admit a problem if they can help it so of course its the other person, computer, etc.

    If it were a server (StudioVeena) problem it would effect everyone, or pretty close to everyone.  The problem being limited to some users shows its the client (you) or the path between the server and client (ISP).  The ISP includes the path it takes from the server to the client.

    I have never had the video pausing issue discribed so I cannot offer further help :/
