hmm, im not sure flosquito, i think you posted this a few weeks back, but in my case when i haven’t danced for awhile i notice i’m definitely really rusty, so i just start at the beginning again with beginner spins and work my way back up…your strength will return and you’ll be back to your old status in no time. just dont give up!

I would go with what Taylor said, it’s good to start from the top and work your way back up, but my women’s health mag. said that if you stop doing strength training it’s easier to rebuild the muscle than it would be if you had never done it at all, so that’s encouraging. I also notice my strength gets built up faster after a few days off the pole than it would if I was just beginning so just keep at it and you’ll get your strength back up to par.

Thank you guys for the replys. and ur advice is definatly what i did tonight. and i think it was a pretty good practice over all. I was able to pull of some moves i havent been able to do and get some strength in my arms a little more. even though i got a few more bumps and bruises it was definatly worth it. I got pretty frustrated at some points but my boyfriend told me i was doing good and have gotten alot better then i was 2 weeks ago which helped me get motivated again. But thank you for the advice it helped alot and i was able to have a great practice. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_thumright.gif
