ok i have been trying this move on and off for a while and staceyanne28 and saschapoles showed it to me when they came to visit but i still have nooo idea how to do it and it seems like it’s probably much easier than i’m making it out to be and im just telling myself i cant do it…i think i probably have the strength but when i try to get into it (i always go into it from a cross ankle release) i feel like i dont know where to put my arms so they can straighten out and i can let my legs off the pole. i’m in a pole rut and i havent gotten any new moves lately and this is my new superman for those of you who followed me with that frustrating journey. can anyone point me in the right direction? thank you thank you!

My CAR is dangerous and inconsistant so I’ve only gotten it from an Iguana Mount. Maybe you can try it that way, get familair with the hands placement then try it from the release?

Are you walking your hands down the pole to go into your CAR? Can you do a bow and arrow or "dangerous brain"?

For me I just reach my hands behind me wherever it is comfortable, drop kind of into the foot hold until my hands are secure and then go into a pencil and then bend. I don’t do this much because my back flexibility is nil and it just looks sloppy.

Yes I learned it that way Sissy, from an iguana mount. I can never remember where to put my hands from a CAR!

i cant do an iguana mount because i feel super unstable just getting into position so i havent dared to try lifting myself into…i can do bow and arrow so maybe i can try getting into it from that…this is going to be my practice today!

Well then go for the Bow and Arrow then go from there. You can do it, I’m sure. You just gotta get the positioning figured out.

I think there are 2 variations of bow and arrow when it comes to hand placement. I cannot do the butt/neck placement so it has always been the behind the butt one.

yeah ive never tried the butt/neck one but ive heard its a little harder so its called the advanced archer i think..unless im thinking of another move, but i think ive seen fleur do it a few times. im just having a problem straightening my arms enough because when i do bow and arrow i have my arms bent, so maybe thats my problem?

How do you hold yourself with your arms bent? I’ve seen people do that and it always perplexes me….

Is the lunch box the same as the rubber pencil? If so. . .
I go into the CAR then put my hands at my low back and here’s the scary part, kinda slip down till my feet are in contact with the pole. Then you can do the rubber pencil. By moving your head to one side and bending.
I have to say that the little slip is scary at first but you get used to it. I think it is good to have a spotter on this one and maybe some grip aid.
I also call this the panty remover, because my thumbs invariably go right behind the waist band of my panties and so that little "slip" down, becomes obscene LOL. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_surprised.gif

LOL @ panty remover. That could work out well in a strip tease https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

I used to go into bow and arrow and pencil to lunchbox from a CKR because my back arches more naturally and there’s more room to move my hands behind me and less chance I’ll slip out of a CAR before I get a hand grip. But I’ve been working on my CAR a lot and have neglected all these moves… oops. If you can Brass Monkey, you could go into a foot hook from there and around to a pencil, then lunchbox, I think. I should actually try that…

Try it from a Bow and Arrow. I found it much easier to do it this way.

You might want to look at this vid I did of it https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif
