First place to start is tell everyone what you’re doing! Friends & family!

If you go to a gym talk to them about leaving your flyers out there. Word of mouth marketing is the easiest & best.

Offer 1 free trial lessons to friends & friends of friends to build interest.

Get a small table or booth at an bridal expo or women’s fair next time one is in town in the metropolitan city closest to you.

Call your local community college newspaper & see how much it costs to place an ad. Usually college paper advertising is reasonably priced. Place an ad there 1x a month or every cpl months.

as a woman, you are considered a minority and there are organizations around to help start up businesses for minorities…  not sure where you are located, but you could try contacting your local business bureau or google minority business start up in your location

re: azblanco— just to clarify: that's what Natasha was doing when she set up in the mall- it was some sort of new business expo thing.  She didnt just show up at the mall and start poling 😀 lol

    Craigslist!

Contact bridal shops and tuxedo shops in your area and see if they would be wiling to have business cards or flyers out at their location.  Also many grocery stores and coffee chops have advertising boards when you walk in that you can post things on.  Stop by the local lingerie.sex shops.   As strange as this may sound, are their any swingers clubs or alternative lifestyle groups in your area?  What about burlesque troupes?

Forgot to add, Zumba, yoga, gyms, hair/nail/tanning salons….pretty much any place where women regularly go.

If you have branded merchandise, wear it CONSTANTLY! As a matter of fact, when you are branding with your printer, give them every piece of clothing you have that can be branded! Market at your local dance store, put up flyers anywhere there is a community bulletin board (be careful, though, and check to see if you need permission), or a mom's group, or any business that you think you can cross-promote with. Also put up an ad on Craigslist because people do check there a lot for random things. Good luck and keep us posted!
