I prefer to start with corn huskers lotion on my body. That usually does the trick, but if I need a little extra grip I use itac on points of contact. Mighty grip didn’t work for me. Dry hands, distilled vinegar, and tite grip help a little for my hands, but I air dry my hands with a fan and wipe the pole often.

Mighty grip works best for me on the hands and Itac2 on the legs 🙂 I don't often need hand help but sometimes at night my brass is slippy for some reason so a bit of mighty grip on the hands and it's good to go!

Try internet serching corn huskers lotion, looking on amazon.com or call you local pharmacies. That is where it is here.

I like tite grip because I have sweaty hands… I have used dry hands the longest and it works, but I hate the residue it leaves on the pole. The stronger I become, the less i need hand grip.
Never used itac and I really want to give it a shot

I have heard people using ceptaphil lotion to help you stick to the pole.

Depends on what the problem is… for me, I use a combo of corn husker's (body), iTac (pole) and Dry Hands (hands).
For body grip, I prefer to apply a light layer of corn huskers and let it dry for about 10 minutes. This is helpful if you have very dry skin. However I have to wash my hands with dishsoap and wipe them with alcohol after applying corn husker's, or else when my hands sweat they get slippery.
For hand grip, wiping them with diluted alcohol or Dry Hands.
Before I try iTac, I'll wipe down the pole with diluted alcohol. If that doesn't work, a light layer of iTac applied directly to the pole.
Corn husker's and alcohol mostly does the trick for me, though. I have dry skin and live in a cold dry climate. Mighty Grip doesn't work for me at all.
