  my new move for today

  I taught myself how to do the superman today =D I was quite proud since i only just learnt how to invert 2 weeks ago

  just thought i would share with some other pole lovers!

  Great job getting the superman. Now you can work on the fall. its not as scary or difficult as it looks. Redken has a great tutorial on it from you tube that i learned from.
