I’ve been blessed/cursed with baby soft skin, and im running into issues with specific pole tricks. I don’t wear lotion, the only thing I can think of are my frequent baths, but I just found out that hot water dries skin out. Does anyone else have this issue/any ideas on how to get my skin to actually stick? Im going to invest in pole grip but I don’t want to waste it all on my legs :/

What kind of pole do you have? Certain finishes make a difference in grip on different skin.

You need to use lotion!!!!! Moisturized skin helps you stick to the pole better. Go to your drug store and get some "Vaseline: total moisture conditioning" lotion. It is glycerine based. I use it evertime I get out of the shower all over my body. It has helped me as I have terribly dry skin. It is baby soft too and I can't stick to the pole either. For poling, get some "corn huskers lotion" and glob it all over your body 30 minutes before poling. It will make you sticky enough to pole. Grip aides like iTac will help too, but start with the corn huskers as it is cheaper. 🙂

I love corn huskers! And it was only about 3 dollars. Works nicely for this cold Ohio weather! If I didn’t have that I would just slip right down the pole.
