name for a move?
I only can describe it hopefully:
hanging in front of pole…arms above head holding on pole. back arched away from pole. legs hanging down with feet behind pole one foot on top of the other.
sort of looks like a lady that is on one of the old ships

Is the body more upright or parallel to the floor? If upright, its called a figurehead. If it is parallel to the floor with arched back and arms holding pole above, I believe it’s called the dove.

I was doing it a bit wrong. I had my legs too straight towards floor.
