Just saw this vid and I am totally in awe of the move at 3.19 its incredible!! Does anyone know the name of it?? WOW!! That’s amazing!
Ummm… It’s looks a bit like a type of Jade, but it’s not really because it’s not a hip hold… It looks to me like she’s only holding on with her left arm, and keeping her centre of gravity on top of it by pulling her left foot with her other hand… I guess there’s probably a bit of pressure from the left thigh, but not much…

This girl has sent me a message on YouTube before, she does contortion too https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif , she invented that move, its a variation she does going from a brass monkey and then pulling her legs down so she is only holding with her thigh and arms. I dont think it has a name yet, since its her own idea , unless she saw it on chinese pole or hoop
